What to include
A result that looks wrong
Tell us the figures you got, what you expected, and whether you were on Wi-Fi or a cable. That is usually enough for us to explain it.
Bugs and browser issues
Include your browser and operating system, and the steps that cause the problem. Anything that reproduces reliably gets fixed quickly.
Advertising, press and partnerships
Use the same address, and include your deadline if you have one.
Reporting an ad
If you see an ad that is misleading, offensive or broken, send us the page address, the time you saw it and a screenshot or short description, and we will block it. You can also report it directly to Google with the “i” or “x” icon on the ad.
Privacy requests
To access, correct or delete personal information, or to ask any question about how data is handled, write to us and say which request you are making. Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold (very little) and how requests are handled. We respond within 30 days.
