Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of pingtoly.site (the “site”), operated by Regulad Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

The site is a free connection speed test. It measures download speed, upload speed, ping and jitter between your browser and our test server. There is no account and no paid tier. The site is funded by advertising, as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. What results mean

A result is an estimate of one network path at one moment. It depends on your device, Wi-Fi, other traffic on your network and conditions along the route, and it can differ from tests run elsewhere. Results are provided for information only. They are not a certified measurement and should not be relied on as evidence in a dispute with your internet provider or anyone else.

3. Acceptable use

You may run the test as often as you like for your own connection. You agree not to:

• use scripts, bots or other automated means to run tests at volume, or to generate load against our servers;
• use the test endpoints as a source or sink of traffic for anything other than measuring your own connection;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers;
• copy, frame or re-publish the site or its content as your own service without our written permission.

We may block traffic that appears to break these rules.

4. Advertising

The site shows ads provided by Google and its partners. You agree not to click ads, or cause them to be clicked, other than out of genuine interest, and not to use any automated means, incentive or scheme to generate ad impressions or clicks. We do not endorse the products advertised and are not responsible for websites you reach through an ad.

5. Intellectual property

The site’s design, text and code belong to Regulad Co., Ltd. You may share links to the site and screenshots of your own results. This site is independent and is not affiliated with Ookla® or Speedtest®; any third-party names are the property of their owners.

6. Availability

We provide the site free of charge and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Data usage

A test moves real data. On a metered or mobile connection this counts towards your data allowance, and faster connections use more data in the same test time. You are responsible for any charges from your provider.

8. Disclaimer

The site and its results are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Regulad Co., Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on a result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Links to other websites

The site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Hanoi, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
